HSY-0338 Grease Low-Temperature Torque Tester

The HSY-0338 Grease Low-Temperature Shear Stress Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard "SH/T 0338-1992 Ball Bearing Grease Low-Temperature Torque Test Method." It strictly adheres to the standard description, providing a ball bearing grease low-temperature torque tester to determine the characteristics of grease low-temperature torque at temperatures below -20°C.

Structural Features

1. Equipped with a touch screen control system, it enables temperature control, constant temperature maintenance, automatic testing, automatic recording of test data, and automatic calculation of test results. It supports recording and printing of test results, which can also be transferred to a USB drive for storage.

2. Designed with a weighted squirrel cage strictly according to standard requirements, the test bearing uses an imported NSK6204 bearing to ensure test reliability. The entire machine includes a tension calibration program to guarantee tension accuracy.

3. Utilizing cascade compressor refrigeration technology, it provides an extremely low-temperature environment and high cooling rate, with a refrigeration depth of up to -70°C. The refrigeration air bath is insulated with thermal insulation material, ensuring no frost or water penetration at low temperatures and guaranteeing test safety.

4. This instrument is a highly integrated automated testing device with high accuracy and repeatability of test results, making it a reliable instrument for low-temperature torque testing of grease.
